We Believe Art Course for Raising Saints

Spark your child's love for Christ with this online art course for kids ages 4-8 designed to take teaching the Catholic faith from complicated & boring to easy & engaging... with a creative twist!

We Believe is an inspired online self-paced and pre-recorded Catholic art program featuring 6 different art projects (one per week) and a special bonus lesson (7 projects total), designed for Catholic families, homeschool parents or teachers to create art with children ages 4-8 that give children an overview of important pillars of the Catholic faith using the Apostles' Creed as a guide.

Here is what each module covers:

MODULE 1: God the Father & Creator
"I believe in God, the Father Almighty, Creator of Heaven and earth."
We will help children understand God as the Creator of all good things through the use of mixed media to create a colorful collage using paper, paint sticks, crayons and sparkly foam stickers

MODULE 2: Mary: Mother of God
"And in Jesus Christ our Lord... born of the Virgin Mary"
We will help children understand who Mary is and how Jesus entered the world as a baby, God's only Son through a mixed media portrait collage using watercolors, paint sticks, markers, oil pastels and glitter paint

MODULE 3: Jesus the Son of God
"I believe in Jesus Christ, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died and was buried. He descended into Hell; the third day He rose again from the dead. He ascended into heaven, and is seated at the right hand of God, the Father Almighty."
We will explore the ever powerful Easter story, focusing on Jesus' triumphant conquering of death through a beautiful paper collage portrait of the risen King using paint sticks, marker, and glitter paint

MODULE 4: The Holy Spirit
"I believe in the Holy Spirit."
We will help children understand the Holy Spirit through this dove mixed media exploration using watercolor resist, glitter paint & cutting & pasting

MODULE 5: The Church
"I believe in the holy catholic Church."
We will celebrate the beauty of Christ's Church here on earth through this "stained glass" church collage using Kwik Stix, paper & oil pastels

MODULE 6: Life Everlasting
"I believe in the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body and life everlasting. Amen."
We will conclude this artistic exploration of the Faith with this sparkly angel in heaven mixed media collage using painted glitter paper, watercolors & chalk
